Growth Associate - University Student (Sydney)

About the role

Naia Health is hiring a Growth Associate for its Sydney office, a paid part-time role designed to run alongside university study. You will work primarily on digital marketing and growth across healthcare clinics, consumer health products and new ventures, creating ads and content, launching campaigns, analysing performance and scaling what works. It is described as an execution-heavy role, not a typical internship.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns
• Develop and test ads, content and landing pages
• Analyse performance and run experiments to improve results
• Research customers, competitors and new growth opportunities
• Help launch and grow new products and services

Required profile

• Currently studying at university and 18 or older
• Ambitious, driven and quick learner, able to take initiative and own projects
• Comfortable with experimentation, measuring results and working in ambiguous situations
• Previous digital marketing experience is not required
