Senior Partner Manager - Channels (Security)

About the role

Datadog is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to grow its Security channel and MSSP partner ecosystem across APAC. You will lead the rollout of the Security Partner Program, drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives and generate partner‑sourced pipeline for the Cloud Security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Security Partner Program rollout, including investments, commercial management and contracting.
• Recruit, onboard and enable security‑focused partners that match Datadog’s Ideal Partner Profile.
• Act as a security subject‑matter expert, translating technical capabilities into business value for partners and customers.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint solution and service offerings and drive joint selling activities.
• Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches and own top channel partner relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of partner‑facing, quota‑carrying experience in cyber security or cloud security SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure and negotiating agreements.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% of the time for events and workshops across the region.
