About the role
Join AIM Therapy’s dynamic team as a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, delivering high‑quality, family‑centred care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and build relationships with new families.
- Run engaging, creative therapy sessions in clinic, community, schools, and homes.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated support.
- Review therapy progress, plan next steps, and support transitions.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
