Senior National Account Manager – Beauty & Personal Care (Australia)

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior National Account Manager to lead the commercial growth of an emerging beauty and personal care brand across Australia. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key retail accounts across Australia, including Chemist Warehouse, Priceline Pharmacy, Woolworths, Coles, My Chemist, Pharmacy Choice and independent pharmacy groups.
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales, market share and brand awareness.
• Lead retailer negotiations, promotional planning and commercial discussions.
• Deliver annual sales targets and commercial objectives, preparing forecasts and promotional plans.
• Support new product launches and ensure successful execution across retail channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers and retail stakeholders, attending meetings and business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Product teams to optimise ranging, promotions and stock management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager within the beauty and personal care sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key retail partnerships and deliver commercial growth across Australia.
• Experience negotiating with major retailers and developing promotional strategies.
