Platform Sales Partner – Enterprise Software Solutions

About the role

FICO is seeking a Platform Sales Partner to join its Global Platform Software Sales Team in Australia. You will act as a Solution Sales Executive, promoting the FICO Platform to enterprise customers and driving both new adoption and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Work with existing and new customers in consumer lending and retail banking to understand initiatives across marketing, originations, personalization, collections and fraud.
• Build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to uncover decision‑management challenges and position the FICO Platform.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Pre‑Sales Domain Experts and Architects to shape solution proposals.
• Manage a quota of enterprise accounts, delivering quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and understand client industry and technology challenges.
• Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of data analytics, decision management, orchestration, machine learning, artificial intelligence, simulation and optimization in SaaS offerings.
• Understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, retail banking and fraud concepts.
