Senior Manager – Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Tax to lead a portfolio of active business clients within a respected mid‑tier accounting firm. You will work directly with two partners who will mentor you and help shape your career path toward salaried and equity partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance and tax advisory services for a diverse portfolio of business clients.
• Research and prepare technical tax advice for private groups and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering strategic tax guidance.
• Mentor, manage, and review the work of junior professionals.
• Contribute to firm leadership, culture, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Multiple years of experience in Business Services/Tax.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in managing and developing other professionals.
• Strong interpersonal, client‑management and leadership abilities.
