Senior Manager, Professional Services – Enterprise Planning SaaS

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead and scale a diverse team of Solution Architects across ANZ. This role focuses on ecosystem enablement, guiding customers to become self‑sufficient and expand their use of Anaplan as the spine of decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop, enable and hire Professional Services team members in line with Anaplan’s core values.
• Drive successful delivery of Anaplan solutions on time and budget using the hybrid‑agile implementation methodology.
• Manage relationships, business development and capacity, collaborating with customers, sales leaders, alliances and partners.
• Oversee metrics such as services bookings, team utilization, gross margin, resource capacity and project health.
• Identify additional adoption and expansion opportunities and communicate them to Customer Success or Sales.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and effectively.

Required profile

• 10+ years overall experience with 8+ years managing software projects and teams, preferably cloud applications.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural, multi‑vendor teams in onsite/offshore models.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and executive‑level client management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology and a track record of exceeding SLAs.
• Willingness to travel across the region to support opportunities and engagements.
