Senior Manager, Financial Compliance & Reporting

About the role

Landgate is seeking a senior finance professional to lead its financial accounting operations, reporting, performance analysis, controls and policy functions. The role sits on the Finance Leadership team and influences strategic direction across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, reporting and performance analysis for complex asset investment and ICT delivery programmes.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary financial accounting team, ensuring high‑quality financial services and governance.
• Manage Landgate’s partial commercialisation arrangements, dividend and tax equivalent requirements alongside government‑funded activities.
• Contribute to finance planning, strategy and overall direction as part of the senior leadership group.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in accounting with current CPA Australia, CA ANZ or equivalent membership.
• Proven experience leading finance and accounting teams in government or commercial environments.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws and financial governance.
• Demonstrated ability to produce and oversee complex financial reporting and provide strategic advice.
