About the role
KPMG’s national Employment Taxes team in Perth is expanding and seeks a Senior Manager to lead advisory and compliance services for large corporate and government clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consulting on Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding and Superannuation Guarantee for Australia’s biggest employers.
- Develop and enhance employment tax compliance solutions using data analytics and robotic process automation.
- Resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities and support tax‑managed services.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and network growth.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and experience in client relationship building.
- Track record of business development, including creating proposals and case studies.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with large data sets and data analytics.
- Knowledge of robotic process automation tools.
