About the role

The Deal Advisory Tax team at KPMG Australia works on high‑profile transactions across private equity, infrastructure, property and financial services. As a Senior Manager you will lead tax due diligence, structuring and post‑deal integration for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct tax due diligence and provide structuring advice on deal structures.
  • Review transaction documents and manage post‑deal integration activities.
  • Handle transaction‑related ATO and FIRB correspondence.

Required profile

  • Tax professional with transactional experience, preferably in corporate M&A.
  • Proven client service record and ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring team members.

Required skills

  • Strong tax technical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
