Senior Luxury Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in a full‑time hybrid or remote capacity. You will design and manage bespoke luxury itineraries, including our signature walking journeys, and advise guests on destinations, accommodation, and experience options.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored luxury itineraries for high‑end clients.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and complex enquiries across multiple destinations.
• Advise guests on destinations, accommodation, and experience options.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on premium travel markets and emerging destinations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the travel industry, particularly in luxury or high‑end segments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and approaches.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel consulting and travel management.
• Experience designing itineraries for luxury travelers.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, and reservation tools.
• Comfort with digital workflows in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Knowledge of premium travel markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Patagonia, and Japan.
