Boardroom Waiter – Corporate Catering

About the role

You will join Allens' Corporate Catering team in Perth, delivering high‑end wait service for boardroom bookings and events. Working closely with the Front of House team, you will help create a professional and welcoming environment for clients and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional, high‑end corporate wait service for all boardroom bookings and events.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, and organise catering for internal and external functions.
• Maintain clean and orderly dining areas, boardrooms, and kitchen spaces, including regular cleaning of coffee machines and dishware.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and service items, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Train new staff as needed and promptly clear and refresh areas after events.

Required profile

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Experience delivering excellent service as part of a team.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local and international food and wine varieties is highly desired.
• Desire to learn, grow, mentor others and perform basic administrative duties.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (preferred).
