Senior Integrity Strategist

About the role

The Senior Integrity Strategist will evaluate government systems, policies and practices to identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Working within a small, supportive team, you will analyse complex information, engage with stakeholders and shape evidence‑based recommendations for the Commissioner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous analysis of government processes and produce practical recommendations.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies across policies, procurement, HR, and other functions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and inform reviews.
• Support the Commissioner’s decision‑making with clear, evidence‑based advice.

Required profile

• Curious, analytical and solutions‑focused professional.
• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, policy review, business analysis or related fields.
• Strong judgement and passion for improving organisational performance.

Required skills

• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience interpreting policies, reviewing procedures and identifying improvements.
