Senior IAM Engineer

About the role

Help shape AFCA’s next‑generation identity capability by leading the design and delivery of modern customer and workforce identity solutions. This senior, hands‑on position offers genuine ownership and direct influence over technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own IAM solution design and implementation across CIAM and workforce identity, defining target‑state architecture and migration roadmaps.
• Deliver solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Entra External ID, Okta and Auth0, and design secure integrations with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, MFA, conditional access and modern authentication.
• Provide technical leadership and guide delivery teams through complex decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering enterprise WIAM or CIAM solutions and migrating from Azure AD B2C or legacy platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise with modern identity platforms, authentication protocols and split identity models.
• Proven ability to translate architecture into scalable, practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.
