Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager, Sydney

About the role

ANZ is recruiting a high volume of Senior / Executive level home lenders to join its proprietary home lending team, with multiple permanent full-time positions available across Sydney metropolitan branch locations depending on preference and suitability. Experienced lenders, whether in residential or commercial lending, are welcome at all levels of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers using knowledge of the local market and coach them through the home loan journey.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Grow your own lending capability through training, development and specialised coaching support.
• Use your network to build customer and community connections and promote ANZ.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to build your network.
• Proactive attitude and adaptability to change and ambiguity.

Required skills

• Strong customer focus and financial savviness with attention to detail.
• Active use of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
