Senior Group Financial Accountant

About the role

The Senior Group Financial Accountant will join the Group Financial Control team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. You will own month‑end reporting for international subsidiaries, prepare consolidation workpapers and support statutory financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end reporting for selected international subsidiaries, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Prepare monthly consolidation workpapers, journals and assist with cash‑flow and debtors reporting.
• Deliver half‑year and annual financial reports, including statements and notes.
• Support climate‑related financial reporting, annual impairment analysis and external audit processes.
• Contribute to finance projects such as system migrations, business combinations and capital transactions.
• Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation across the global finance function.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA) with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills, especially group consolidations, foreign currency translation and impairment.
• High‑level Excel proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdiction environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
