Senior Future Student Advisor - Health

About the role

Torrens University Australia is looking for an experienced Senior Future Student Advisor - Health to join its Student Recruitment team in Adelaide. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid flexibility, based in Adelaide (preferred). You will act as second-in-command to the Student Recruitment Manager, drive enrolment results, coach fellow advisors and support future students on their education journey.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual enrolment targets.
• Support the growth strategy for Health programs in the Adelaide market, which is receiving increased investment.
• Build relationships with prospective students and give personalised course and enrolment guidance.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage timely follow-ups and monitor recruitment performance.
• Act as second-in-command to the Student Recruitment Manager and role-model best practices.
• Coach and mentor new advisors through call coaching, mentoring and performance guidance.

Required profile

• Confident, results-driven sales professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.
• Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding targets, ideally in higher education.
• Previous experience training, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Minimum of three years' professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, contribute to team success and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Sound Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Confidence learning new technologies.
