Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Angular 17)

About the role

A leading managed service provider for the advertising performer supply chain across Australia and New Zealand is expanding its technology team. It is building a SaaS solution to transform the global advertising industry, and needs a Senior Full-Stack Developer to architect and modernize high-scale applications, deliver core features for the next iteration of its enterprise platform and help move legacy architectures toward modern API-driven systems. The position is 100% remote, based in the Philippines, working Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST), and is full-time with a probationary period before becoming regular.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-scale, secure web applications using C#.NET Core, WebAPI, Angular 17, Azure Functions, Azure SQL and Azure Web Apps.
• Split hands-on development effort between 60% back-end and 40% front-end.
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions, improving system architecture, performance and API-driven data integration.
• Refactor existing core systems and architect clean, greenfield services for platform modernization.
• Collaborate on business analysis, requirements gathering, unit testing and continuous integration as a well-rounded DevOps engineer.
• Maintain high code quality, security and test coverage using automated testing frameworks.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with C#.NET and .NET Core.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern Angular (Angular 17), TypeScript, HTML5 and Bootstrap.
• 4+ years of database development with SQL Server / Azure SQL, Entity Framework, stored procedures, indexing and query optimization.
• Demonstrated experience refactoring complex legacy codebases and building new platform components from scratch.
• Proven experience with automated unit and regression testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit and Moq.
• Solid understanding of Agile and strong ability to clarify business requirements in ambiguous environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Strong expertise building and consuming Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Preferred: cloud-native development on Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
• Preferred: SOLID principles, Clean Code, enterprise design patterns, OWASP secure coding, DevOps principles, CI/CD tools.
