Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Plenti you will lead the planning, forecasting and performance analysis of the business, turning financial data into clear commercial insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain key financial models, including the corporate model and operating expense model.
• Partner with budget owners across the business to forecast spend, identify trade‑offs and drive decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting and reforecast cycles and own monthly performance reviews.
• Prepare Board and Executive reporting, translating results into actionable insights.
• Support investor relations, capital planning, cash‑flow forecasting and build dashboards in Databricks and Excel.
• Identify and implement automation and AI tools to improve reporting and modelling processes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with 4+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a STEM field; CA, CPA or CFA qualification (completed or in progress).
• Strong presentation skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling and ability to build scalable financial models.
• Advanced SQL capability, preferably with experience using Databricks.
• Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude) for data analysis and reporting.
