About the role

Join Harris Farm’s logistics and production team to turn data into actionable insights that drive operational decisions across NSW, ACT and QLD. You will build visibility, run reporting, and uncover patterns that improve cost efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute the weekly Logistics Reporting Pack for leadership.
• Partner with logistics and production teams to identify cost insights and operational improvements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Logistics and Distribution, providing detailed analysis and variance commentary.
• Support month‑end reporting and business partnering for Logistics, Distribution and Production.
• Administer Production Stock Write‑Off process and produce production reporting for finance.
• Review and process invoices, ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.
• Support cost allocation and intercompany recharges across Production and Logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics, including Power BI development and ERP enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, commercial analysis, supply‑chain or logistics.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who builds positive stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Strong PowerPoint ability.
• Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
• Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., D365).
