Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Australia. The role targets talent in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control, offering a path toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Financial and variance analysis, performance reporting
• Management of general ledger, balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end close
• Supporting commercial and strategic decision‑making and ensuring compliance with AASB/IFRS
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders
• Improving financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency
• Mentoring or managing junior finance team members

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
• CA, CPA (Australia), CIMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 5–10+ years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Leadership potential and readiness for senior responsibility
