Senior Finance Manager

About the role

This senior finance position offers the chance to lead financial control, reporting and governance for a globally recognised organisation with operations across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will work closely with stakeholders in Hong Kong and other international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and control for domestic and international entities, focusing on Hong Kong operations.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review statutory, regulatory and management reports.
• Drive process improvement, automation and control enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to support reporting, compliance and business growth.
• Support audit, compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with new entity structures, business growth projects and operational initiatives.
• Manage and develop a direct report and contribute to the broader finance function.
• Provide strategic project support and ad‑hoc analysis to senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with strong academic background.
• Experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in a Big 4 or leading mid‑tier accounting firm, preferably auditing complex organisations.
• Exposure to Hong Kong or broader APAC markets is a plus.
• 1‑3 years commercial experience in a large, complex organisation is welcomed.
• Previous people‑leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
