Accounts Payable Officer

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer and based in the Perth CBD office, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations and expense claims while supporting an efficient procure‑to‑pay process.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
• Ensure suppliers are paid according to agreed terms and maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable records.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice, payment and account queries.
• Support month‑end reporting, reconciliations and documentation requirements.
• Proactively address discrepancies and delays, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated accounts payable experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of the procure‑to‑pay process and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and resilient, adaptable approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Pronto ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Redmap (desirable).
