Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

Zurich Cover-More, the global travel brand of Zurich Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner in North Sydney, New South Wales. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Performance, you will act as the trusted advisor who explains the story behind the numbers and gives actionable insights to support business performance across the ANZ region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, analysis and commentary
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial modelling and data analysis
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insights and recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and financial processes, including automation and tools
• Manage financial governance, controls and compliance requirements
• Act as a key liaison between ANZ Finance and global Zurich Finance teams

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• 8+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Cost Management
• Experience in complex, global or matrixed environments
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and to turn complex financial information into clear business recommendations
