Senior Fashion Designer

About the role

House of Quirky is seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Senior Designer to lead the development of the MINKPINK mainline range. You will own the design process from concept through to final sign‑off, working closely with design, production and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seasonal research on trends, colours, silhouettes, fabrics and market direction.
• Collaborate with design and sales to shape concepts, mood boards and range direction.
• Source and select fabrics, trims and prints; manage print recolouring, lab dips and development packs.
• Produce CAD technical drawings and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Work with production and sales to manage product margins and meet first‑margin targets.
• Attend fit sessions from first sample to final approval and present ranges to stakeholders.
• Support marketing on campaign and lookbook shoots and provide graphic layout assistance.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5+ years experience in womenswear design.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate trends into sellable products.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong CAD and technical drawing abilities.
• Experience creating factory‑ready tech packs and measurement specification sheets.
