Senior Desktop Analyst - End User Computing

About the role

Data#3 is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Analyst to deliver advanced technical support for an existing customer, focusing on Windows 11, M365 application troubleshooting and the use and troubleshooting of organisational infrastructure and applications. The role is based in Sydney CBD, full-time and 6 months long with the possibility of extension, and sits within a team providing support to high-level executives. It is a limited-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve more complex technical issues escalated by the team
• Answer customer problems and queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Use the existing escalation process as required and regularly update customers on progress
• Contribute to team problem resolution and share knowledge
• Adhere to contracted SLAs and provide accurate, timely updates to the call logging system
• Represent Data#3 professionally and contribute to improving customer service delivery, processes, procedures and documentation

Required profile

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Desktop Analyst or related role with proven troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills, including experience engaging with senior executives
• Ability to handle busy, high-pressure situations and to work within deadlines with minimal supervision
• Current Australian Department of Defence baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one

Required skills

• Windows 11 deployment and administration using Intune and AutoPilot
• Desktop application deployment via Intune and fleet management of laptops, mobiles, iPads and desktops
• MAM / MDM operational management
• Azure Entra ID, Exchange Shell/GUI, OneDrive, Intune/AutoPilot, Azure AD and PowerShell
• Security protocols knowledge
