Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to embed with project teams responsible for delivering leased and partnered data‑center capacity. You will lead partners to achieve the fastest possible schedule while ensuring site safety and high‑quality outcomes, directly supporting the compute infrastructure needed for frontier AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site leadership to shape culture, approach, and aggressiveness of extended site teams.
• Act as a force multiplier, developing the skillset of development partners, contractors, and key trades.
• Confirm deal readiness and serve as gatekeeper from Letter of Intent through lease execution, ensuring all pre‑development, planning, technical and business requirements are met.
• Partner with landlords and developers post‑deal as Anthropic’s primary point of contact, coordinating internal stakeholders and tracking construction progress.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions during development, ensuring infrastructure requirements are satisfied while maintaining strong partnerships.
• Drive seamless transitions from project inception through operational readiness.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven leadership in data‑center delivery projects.
• Strong ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and large‑scale construction environments.
• Expertise in validating transaction viability and overseeing lease execution.
