About the role

Coonamble Shire Council is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to deliver high-quality customer service to its community, primarily through Council's Service NSW Agency. The role is a job-share arrangement: when not undertaking Service NSW duties, the officer supports Council's broader customer service and administrative functions. Full Service NSW training is provided.

Required profile

Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative support
Appropriate qualifications are highly regarded; the position suits candidates with extensive practical experience in a similar role
Criminal history and relevant background checks are required
