Senior Conversion Manager

About the role

Eucalyptus is looking for a Senior Conversion Manager to shape and own how Hims converts and retains patients through its digital experience. The role defines strategy and priorities across conversion, retention and cross-sell, from patient onboarding through ongoing engagement, with core metrics centred on conversion, retention, reactivation and long-term value (LTV). The manager leads the function and reports directly to the General Manager, Hims Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own Hims' conversion, retention and LTV strategy, and define the roadmap across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys and retention touchpoints, linking experimentation to improvements in those metrics.
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function, building, managing and developing a high-performing team across CRO, CRM, product strategy and design.
• Analyse behavioural data, speak to patients and map friction and motivation to turn insight into high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Growth to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, high-converting experiences.
• Set testing frameworks, prioritisation logic and reporting standards, and drive disciplined experimentation.
• Own conversion, retention and LTV metrics, diagnose shifts quickly and make trade-offs that move the needle.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience across CRO, CRM, retention or strategy in high-growth environments.
• Experience owning conversion and retention metrics at scale, and strong analytical ability with core commercial metrics.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and launching features customers love.
• Clear, structured communication with senior stakeholders and high standards for craft and execution.
