Growth Manager

About the role

Eucalyptus, the parent of Hims & Hers, is looking for a Growth Manager to own Hers' growth marketing strategy. This is not a campaign execution role: you set the strategic direction, from channel investment and budget allocation through to the customer insights and creative ideas that drive it. You will work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics and product teams across Sydney and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end, from channel mix and budget allocation to the messaging hypotheses that drive it
• Use customer research, patient insight and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost
• Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs, using the difference between engaged and disengaged patients to inform acquisition decisions
• Build and maintain a test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats and audience segments
• Partner with the creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience
• Work with analytics, product and clinical teams so growth connects to the full patient experience
• Communicate an evidence-based point of view on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with genuine ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes
• Experience building a growth strategy from scratch, knowing what to prioritise and why
• Ability to move between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data
• Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever, able to brief, evaluate and iterate with a creative team
• Commercial instinct: understands CAC/LTV dynamics and makes budget investment decisions with confidence
• Hands-on experience across paid channels, led by strategy and insight rather than platform mechanics
• Strong communicator and natural cross-functional partner who influences product, analytics, creative and clinical teams
• Thrives setting their own agenda in a fast-moving environment
