Senior Contracts Manager

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government, international and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract, including review, acceptance and close‑out.
• Prepare and manage contract proposals, negotiate terms with government agencies, prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensure compliance with ASDEFCON, CPRs and company policies, and provide contract briefs to program managers and executives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external customers and advise on risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of contract management experience, preferably in Australian defence contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government or related field.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting, including ASDEFCON, Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Defence Security Principles Framework.
• Full‑life‑cycle contract management and negotiation experience.
