Senior Contracts Administrator – Immediate Start

About the role

Our client, a leading head contractor in the fit‑out and refurbishment sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team immediately. You will manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, profitability and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the subcontract process, from tender negotiation to final handover.
• Prepare, review and check subcontract packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
• Monitor subcontractors for compliance with environmental commitments.
• Prepare accurate payment schedules and manage subcontractor contractual risk.
• Process progress, delay and variation claims in line with contractual obligations.
• Develop project budgets and provide rolling final‑account forecasts.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of project completion and inspection test plans.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• 5–10 years of construction industry experience, preferably with tier‑1, 2 or 3 projects.
• Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
• Strong financial analysis and administrative focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Coins Software (preferred).
