Senior Consultant – Supply Chain and Operations

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Supply Chain and Operations practice in Melbourne. You will work with diverse teams delivering high‑quality services across digital supply chain, procurement, operational excellence and manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured thinking and logical problem‑solving to complex business challenges for clients.
• Contribute to projects in digital supply chain, procurement, operational and manufacturing excellence based on your experience.
• Analyse data and business processes to generate insights and drive value‑focused outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client leaders as your consulting capability develops.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to digital supply chain solutions, procurement, or operational/manufacturing excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Aptitude and motivation to develop core consulting skills such as structured problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Supply chain IT platforms, analytics and visualisation tools.
• Warehouse or transport management systems, demand planning tools.
• Automation or robotics technologies.
• Strategic sourcing, supplier management, process improvement.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
