Senior Consultant – Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Strategy to join our Sydney team and provide corporate‑strategy and growth advisory to a diverse portfolio of clients. The role involves working in lean, senior‑led teams and turning complex commercial dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver corporate strategy, commercial due diligence, and growth‑strategy engagements.
• Lead workstreams for market entry, platform expansion, and transaction support projects.
• Assess strategic rationale, asset positioning, value‑chain dynamics, and commercial risks.
• Evaluate revenue models, cost structures, contracting frameworks, and key market drivers.
• Translate complex market and commercial dynamics into decision‑ready insights for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Work in small, partner‑led teams with direct client exposure.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy consulting, growth advisory, or transaction‑led strategy.
• Proven ability to break down complex strategic and commercial problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members.
• Strong communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholder engagement.
• Background in strategy consulting from an MBB firm or top‑tier boutique is highly regarded.
