Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Finance Transformation team. You will work with leading Australian clients and the national KPMG network to help finance functions modernise their operating models, adopt digital technologies and improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagements across ERP and EPM solutions, focusing on planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and data analytics.
• Assist clients in integrating AI and other digital tools into finance processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver efficient, insight‑driven finance solutions.
• Contribute to client deliverables, presentations and project documentation.

Required profile

• Exposure to finance functions such as accounting, FP&A, shared services or transformation initiatives.
• Awareness of ERP/EPM system functionality (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, SAP).
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting or strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and the right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
