Senior Compliance Analyst / Compliance Manager ANZ

About the role

Join Worldpay's Legal, Risk, Compliance & Audit team as a Senior Compliance Analyst, helping to monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across products and services in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate regulatory changes affecting Worldpay products, services and business activities.
• Provide guidance on implementing regulatory changes and validate solution approaches with lines of business.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews, assessments and track product compliance deficiencies to completion.
• Interface with legal counsel, regulators and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues.
• Prepare internal and customer communications covering compliance matters such as bulletins and position statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in the payments industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial crime compliance and Australia/New Zealand regulatory regimes.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Understanding of technical documents and legal/regulatory reference materials.
• Ability to plan, execute and monitor compliance programs.
