Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development

About the role

A boutique civil engineering consultancy based in Subiaco, with seven staff and a focus on civil design for land development projects across the Perth metropolitan area, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer. The firm offers a close-knit, hands-on environment where engineers are genuinely involved in the business and its projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a diverse range of land development projects, mainly in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Work closely with the wider team and take ownership of projects.
• Contribute to technical outcomes and take part in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally in land development projects.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A motivated, ambitious approach with a desire to grow professionally with the business.
