Senior Civil Designer - Land Development

About the role

A growing boutique civil engineering consultancy based in Subiaco, with a team of seven and a hands-on working environment, is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Civil Designer. The consultant specialises in land development projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Produce civil designs and documentation across a varied portfolio of land development projects, mainly in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Work closely with the engineering team, giving direct input into design solutions and project delivery from initial concept through to construction.
• Work autonomously, build strong client relationships and develop technical expertise outside a large corporate environment.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Civil Design, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in civil design, preferably in the land development sector.
• Sound technical knowledge of earthworks, road design, stormwater drainage and associated civil infrastructure.
• Proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow with a growing business.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of 12d Model, able to develop detailed civil designs and documentation.
