Senior Civil Designer

About the role

Join a global engineering firm delivering sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy and mining projects. As a Senior Civil Designer you will lead the production of high‑quality civil design outputs and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver civil design using 12d (preferred) or Civil 3D, including 3D earthworks models and 2D documentation.
• Produce detailed design and construction drawings from concept through to IFC.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and liaise with engineers, lead designers and junior staff.
• Prepare material take‑offs, quantity estimates and ensure all deliverables meet technical and drafting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil design, preferably in a senior or lead designer role.
• Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong safety focus, attention to detail and ability to work in collaborative teams.
• Experience in renewable energy projects, especially solar farms, is highly regarded.
