Senior Civil Designer

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join its Engineering and Design team in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Principal, you will be part of a large national team delivering land development projects for tier‑1 developers.

Key responsibilities

• Review sketches, drawings and engineering data from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes.
• Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects.
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders to manage project variations.

Required profile

• High‑level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Proven experience delivering project designs for land development.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• High level industry awareness and engagement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 12d software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (ACAD).
• Experience using 12d Drainage.
• Experience with PC Drain.
