About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial new‑build projects across education, healthcare, social housing and industrial sectors in Brisbane. This role offers long‑term stability with a reputable builder and a strong pipeline of work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations for commercial new‑build projects.
- Oversee subcontractors, site teams, programme and project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and consultants to keep projects on track.
- Drive programme milestones while managing costs and resolving site issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder.
- Strong background delivering ground‑up commercial construction projects.
- Experience in education, healthcare, social housing or industrial builds is highly regarded.
- Leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
- Proactive approach to safety, quality and programme management.
