Senior Channel Account Manager ANZ

About the role

Dragos is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager for the ANZ region to deepen partner relationships and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with existing resellers, OEMs, system integrators and technical alliance partners to expand Dragos’ presence in industrial cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with channel partners, deliver enablement programs, and act as primary contact for inquiries.
• Collaborate on joint account planning, pipeline development, co‑selling opportunities, and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars and events.
• Drive partner performance through business reviews, KPIs, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Align with APAC sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure a unified go‑to‑market approach and provide regional feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in channel account management or partner sales, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of the ANZ partner landscape and go‑to‑market models.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and willingness to travel within ANZ.
• Prior experience in OT technology or OT cybersecurity is highly valued.
