Senior Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of national trade marketing and promotional campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Planning, you will turn business priorities into integrated campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of integrated trade marketing campaigns across AU & NZ.
• Develop and manage the trade marketing calendar and 18‑month campaign and media plans aligned to trading priorities.
• Lead creative briefing and execution across in‑store POS, ATL media (TVC, catalogues), digital, CRM and retail channels.
• Partner with Category, Retail, Digital and CRM teams to shape promotional strategy, offers and mechanics.
• Track campaign performance, ROI and commercial outcomes, using insights to optimise activity.
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop the campaign team through clear goals and accountability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong trade marketing focus, preferably in retail or an omnichannel business.
• Proven experience developing and delivering integrated trade campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of the AU & NZ marketing and media landscape, including ATL media buying.
• Commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to sales, trading priorities and ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
