About the role

SmartOSC is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to lead expansion in the digital and e‑commerce space across ANZ. You will work with mid‑market and enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive growth and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking sessions.
• Deep‑dive into client businesses to uncover challenges and craft tailored solutions.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies to showcase services.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, legal, and finance teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor sales metrics and client feedback to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in digital/e‑commerce consulting and services sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals with mid‑market and enterprise clients.
• Strong curiosity for client challenges and creative problem‑solving.
• Effective team player able to work with cross‑functional groups.
• Positive, energetic attitude that makes the sales journey enjoyable.
