Senior Business Banking Manager – Perth

About the role

The Senior Business Banking Manager will lead new customer acquisition for ANZ's Business & Private Bank in Perth. You will build and nurture relationships with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners, delivering comprehensive finance solutions that grow funds under management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex client problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience with a track record of building relationships and achieving commercial results.
• Experience in credit assessment and credit management.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
