Private Banker – Perth

About the role

ANZ Private serves the bank's highest net‑worth individuals and family groups, helping them manage, grow and preserve their assets. The role offers a personalised relationship and holistic solutions tailored to each client’s values, aspirations and financial situation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private clients with deposit, lending and personal banking needs.
• Act as the primary relationship contact, supported by specialist teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Implement a disciplined weekly contact plan to maximise client satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactional banking and lending solutions are suitable, compliant and meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders through effective communication to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio performance within NFR and credit‑risk expectations.

Required profile

• Strong influencing and relationship‑management skills.
• Knowledge of deposits and transactional banking.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Stakeholder‑management experience to navigate the bank’s lending and advice processes.
• Ability to execute or refer lending and advice opportunities appropriately.
• High utilisation of CRM tools to manage the client base.
