Senior Business Banking Manager – Flexible location (Tamworth or Orange)

About the role

The Senior Business Banking Manager will drive new customer acquisition for ANZ’s Business & Private Bank, building relationships with brokers, professional services firms and business owners. You will help grow funds under management by delivering whole‑of‑business finance solutions and supporting clients as they start, grow or run their enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional service relationships.
• Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to engage existing and potential customers and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex financing problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience with a track record of building relationships and achieving commercial results.
• Experience in credit assessment and portfolio management within a banking or financial services environment.
