Senior Architect / Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect / Designer to join our Melbourne Living team. The role involves leading design and delivery of large‑scale, multi‑residential projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for clients, the team and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts and detailed design documentation.
• Lead or support project delivery from design development through construction documentation and procurement.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal disciplines to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio culture and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Extensive experience on large, complex residential projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, construction methods and relevant codes.
• Ability to manage time, priorities and delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Adobe Suite.
• Competence in 3D modelling software.
