About the role

Join KPMG's Melbourne Audit & Assurance team as a Senior Analyst, delivering high‑quality external audit engagements for prestigious clients. You will support the full audit lifecycle, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Provide audit operational support from planning through reporting and evaluation.
Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with audit clients, ensuring delivery of quality assurance and reporting.

Required profile

Proven track record of high performance in audit or related finance roles.
Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to obtain a CA or CPA qualification.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated team‑leadership abilities.
