Senior Accountant – Leadership Opportunity (FT/PT)

About the role

ABA Advice is seeking a Senior Accountant who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a passion for mentoring and client engagement. The role offers a 4‑day work week, hybrid flexibility, and the chance to grow into a Client Advisor position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality accounting work for a diverse client base.
• Provide hands‑on technical accounting support and guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and foster their development.
• Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships.
• Manage own workflow autonomously while collaborating with leadership and Client Advisors.

Required profile

• Strong Australian public practice experience.
• Commitment to quality work and mentoring junior staff.
• Tech‑savvy, process‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, positive attitude.
• CA or CPA qualification welcomed but not mandatory.
